Customer: Water Services Trust Fund, Kenya

Objective of the assignment: Assess and document the impact of water supply, water sanitation and water resource management investment projects, in order to assist the Kenyan Water Services Trust Fund (WSTF) in evaluating the effectiveness of its investments, and to inform development partners and other stakeholders on the impacts of the project interventions.

How we did it: Literature and field research through questionnaires for households, schools, project management committees, public head officers, donors and supporting organisations. An impact index matrix was developed to structure the data analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical package. Findings and recommendations were reported to the WSTF.
